Hi, I’m Alison, the owner of The Room, and I couldn’t be more proud of what this salon has become. I took over The Room from its previous owner, an incredibly hardworking female entrepreneur who ran this salon for 28 years with the same passion and dedication that I carry forward today. She built a strong foundation of excellence, education, and community, and I am honored to follow in her footsteps.

Owning a salon has always been about more than just hair for me—it’s about fostering a space where creativity thrives, where professionals grow, and where clients feel their absolute best.

My journey in this industry started with a deep love for artistry and connection. I’ve always believed in the power of great hair to transform not just how someone looks, but how they feel.
