🚗 Parking at The Room — Here’s the Scoop!

We know finding your new favorite parking spot around our new space can be a little tricky, so here’s your insider guide to making it easy next time you visit!

1. Out Front on Broad Street

You’re welcome to park right out front — just avoid the no-parking window between 3:30 – 5:00 PM (bus lane restrictions).
👉 Heads-up: There’s a 1-hour time limit posted, but to be totally honest, we almost never see parking enforcement except at 3:30 for the bus lane.

2. The Room Spot

We have one stall marked “The Room Customers.” That one’s all yours! Pull in and enjoy the VIP treatment.
👉 It’s the very first stall in the parking lot. (Ignore the yellow lines on the ground — yes, it really is a parking spot.)

3. The Side Lot

There are four spots parallel to the side of the building next to us. If they’re open, go ahead and take one!

4. The Side Streets

All of the side streets nearby have parking and it’s usually just a quick, easy walk to our front door.
👉 Most of these spots have a 2-hour limit, but again — we rarely see enforcement.

5. Secret Hint… 🤫

If you want the stress-free option, Rose Street (just behind us) has no time limit on parking. It’s the local pro move.
