Our team works on a progressive level system based on experience, training, and demand. Prices vary by stylist level.
💇‍♀️ New Talent
Our newest team members! These stylists have completed all the necessary training to become licensed cosmetologists and are continuing to refine their skills every day. They work closely with our experienced team to grow their craft, and every service they provide is supported by our senior stylists.
🌱 Level 1 & 2 – Junior & Intermediate Stylists
These stylists are licensed professionals who have been working hard to advance their education and skills. They continue to grow under the mentorship of our senior team and are well on their way to mastering their craft.
🌟 Level 3 & 4 – Senior Stylists
Our salon leaders! These stylists have completed extensive training, including the Journeyperson Certification, and are highly skilled in all areas of hairstyling. With a high demand for their time and expertise, we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.
🔥 Level 5+ – Master Stylists
Our most sought-after stylists, with exceptional skill, experience, and demand. Advanced booking is a must, and they often have a waitlist, especially for new guests—so plan ahead!
🎨 About Color Pricing
đź’ˇ Hair colour is no longer a one-size-fits-all service. From subtle tone changes to complete transformations, every guest’s hair, goals, and maintenance plan are unique—and so is the time, product, and expertise required to achieve them.
All prices listed are starting prices and reflect the service itself. Your final investment will vary based on your stylist’s level, the time required, the amount of colour product used, and any additional services such as a haircut, toner, or treatment.
Our team includes stylists with anywhere from 2 to 30 years of experience, so we’re able to offer flexible options for every guest — from low-maintenance upkeep to advanced color correction.
Think of your color appointment like parts + labor — your final cost is based on the service itself and the amount of product used. We’re happy to provide a rough estimate before we start, but please know it’s a ballpark figure, not a final total. Once your color is mixed, we’ll have a more accurate number — and we always work with you to create a plan that fits your budget and your hair goals.

🎨 Specialty Blonding & Color Corrections
These transformations take time and expertise! A consultation is REQUIRED Â to ensure we have the right time, techniques, and products for your hair. A credit card or deposit will also be required to book.
⏳ Cancellation Policy
Plans change—we get it! Please call us at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate guests on our waitlist. Late cancellations may result in a fee.
Service Adjustments
We want you to love your hair, and we’re committed to delivering the result that was discussed during your consultation. If something doesn’t feel quite right after your appointment, please contact us within 5 days so we can address your concerns while your service is still fresh.
We are happy to assess any concerns and, where appropriate, schedule an adjustment appointment with your original stylist or another member of our team.
Because hair services are customized and our stylists are compensated for the time and expertise provided during each appointment, we do not offer refunds on completed services. Our commitment is to professionally assess your concerns and make reasonable adjustments when warranted.

- MEDIUM TO LONG CUT & STYLE Perfect for bobs, layers, or longer lengths. Enjoy a soothing shampoo, scalp massage, tailored cut, and a professional blow-dry 50-75+
- EXTRA LONG, MAJOR CHANGE OR NEW HAIR GUEST CUT Planning a big transformation or have extra thick hair? This one's for you. We'll start with a thorough consultation, followed by a shampoo, scalp massage, customized cut, and blow-dry 55-80+
- TOUCH UP Quick trims for bangs, beards, necklines, or undercuts to keep you looking sharp between full cuts (ONLY ONE) 22+
- CHILDREN 12 & UNDER A fun and friendly haircut for the little ones. Note: This service doesn't include a shampoo, please come with clean and detangled hair. If your child prefers the full experience with a wash and style, please book under our standard services 25-45+

Colour
- ROOT RETOUCH: This service is for touching up ½ inch of regrowth or less. If your roots have grown out beyond that, there’s more to consider in terms of time, technique, and product. If you're feeling “overgrown,” let us know—we’ll make sure to book you in for the right service! 80-105+
- TONING/GLOSS: Demi-permanent colour to add shine or correct tone, must be added onto a haircut or blowout 80-110+
- FULL COLOUR/SOLID ONE TONE COLOUR: An all-over color application from roots to ends for a uniform hue, the same shade or darker than your current hair colour 120-170+
- CLASSIC HIGHLIGHTS/MULTI DIMENSIONAL COLOUR: Classic foiled highlights and/or low lights. 160-210+
- PARTIALS HIGHLIGHTS: Dimensional colour placed in one focused are (face frame, crown area etc.) 120-170+
- CUSTOM BALAYAGE/FOILAYAGE: (Consultations Recommended) Achieve that lived-in, blended look with customized foiling and painting techniques. This service typically requires a 3+ hour appointment 180-260+
- SPECIALTY BLONDING SERVICES & LIVED IN COLOUR: For significant changes in lightened or blonde looks. This intensive service usually requires 4+ hours 180-260+
- COLOUR CORRECTION OR MAJOR COLOUR TRANSFORMATION (consultations required for booking, cannot be booked online, please call): At home Colour removal, colour banding, dramatic colour change. This intensive service usually requires 4+ hours 80/hr-110/hr+
- CREATIVE COLOUR (consultation required for booking, cannot be booked online, please call): Hair colours involving bright and vivid fashion hues, including greys and silvers. This intensive service usually requires 4+ hours
