Guest Safety Information
What does the NEW normal look like?
-If you are feeling unwell in ANY way, have travelled outside of the country or been in contact with someone with Covid-19 in the past 14 days, please call to reschedule. Please be advised that a cancellation within less than 24 hours prior to your appointment may result in a cancellation fee that will be applied to your next appointment.
-You must come alone to your appointment (no children, spouses etc.) as space within the salon will be so valuable in keeping everyone safe and maintaining proper physical distancing.
-When you arrive we ask that you please wait in your vehicle, as we will not have a waiting area inside the salon. You will receive a TEXT from us when your service provider is ready for you.
If you do not have a cell phone, you may come inside to let us know you have arrived, but if the salon is busy, and there is not enough space for proper physical distancing, you may be asked to wait outside or in your vehicle.
Our stylists can run behind from time to time, if you haven’t received a text after 10-15 minutes from the start of your appointment time, please call us at 306-757-7025 and we can advise when your stylist will be ready for you.
-When you arrive you will be required to attest to a statement that you are not experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, have not travelled outside of Canada or been in contact with anyone that has tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 14 days, or that you or anyone in your household as been advised by Public Health to self isolate. You must answer NO to all questions in order to proceed with your scheduled appointment.
-You will be asked to use hand sanitizer when you arrive and it will also be available throughout your time at the salon.
-It is our salon’s policy that all salon guests must wear a mask during their service. You may bring your own mask to wear OR we will have disposable masks available for the cost of $2.00 if you do not have your own. Please ensure that your mask is able to be worn around the ears (not around your head). Please be advised that if you are receiving colour, your personal mask may get colour on it.
-While in the salon our guests must maintain 6ft from other guests. Please be aware of this practice during your appointment.
-Beverages will not be offered during services. Please bring any beverages or light snacks that you may need during your service.
-We do have a place to hang coats, but please be aware it is a communal space and other guests will have their coats hanging on the coat rack. If you wish, leave your coat in your vehicle.
-As we get used to our new normal, our stylists may tend to run behind, especially in the first days and weeks of reopening, your patience and understanding is appreciated now more than ever.
***CHILDREN’S HAIR CUTS****
The above safety measures apply to children as well. Children must be able to sit with the stylist on their own, without a parent near by. Parents may wait at the front of the salon if necessary, providing physical distancing from other guests is being observed.
